By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Digi-Lift provides digital marketing, Google visibility optimization, and lead generation services. Our services are designed to improve the online presence of local businesses through optimization of Google Business Profiles and related digital channels.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (including Google) and are subject to change without notice. Results vary based on industry competitiveness, geographic location, client cooperation, and other factors outside our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
• Cooperate fully during campaigns and onboarding
• Grant necessary access to Google Business Profiles and related accounts
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Comply with Google's terms of service

4. Payments

All services are billed as agreed at time of sign-up. Once-off packages require full payment upfront. Monthly packages are billed on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Digi-Lift reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Minimum Contract Period

Monthly recurring packages require a minimum commitment of 6 months. This is because Google's algorithm requires consistent, sustained signals to establish lasting ranking improvements. Early termination before the 6-month period may incur a pro-rated cancellation fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, methodologies, templates, and materials created by Digi-Lift remain the intellectual property of Digi-Lift (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Content created for your Google Business Profile (posts, descriptions, images) becomes your property upon payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digi-Lift is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates)
• Suspension or removal of Google Business Profiles by Google
• Actions taken by clients contrary to our advice
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

8. Third-Party Platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Google, Meta, or any other third-party platforms. Our services involve optimization for these platforms, but we have no control over their policies, algorithms, or decisions regarding your business profile.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client data, and proprietary methodologies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services with immediate effect in cases of: breach of agreement, non-payment after 30 days, provision of false information, or conduct that violates Google's terms of service. After the minimum 6-month period, clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
